Terms of Use
Effective date: 3 July 2026 · AI Money Vault Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202516742G)
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to the website aimoneyvault.pro and general use of online materials published by AI Money Vault Pte. Ltd. ("AI Money Vault", "we", "us"). By accessing the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. Enrolment in paid programmes is additionally governed by the enrolment agreement and invoice terms presented at registration.
2. About our services
AI Money Vault provides education and training in personal and business finance management assisted by artificial intelligence tools. We teach budgeting, cash-flow tracking, record organisation, forecasting, and dashboard construction. We are not a bank, finance company, payment institution, capital markets services provider, financial adviser, tax agent, or legal practice. Nothing on this website or in sample materials constitutes personalised financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. See our Legal notice for regulatory disclaimers.
2a. Brand definitions — "Money" and "Vault"
"Money" throughout this site refers to an educational finance-management programme covering personal finance and SME finance skills — budgeting, expense tracking, invoice and receipt tracking, forecasting and financial reporting using AI tools. It does NOT refer to trading, investment advisory, fund management, portfolio management, guaranteed cash flow, or any regulated financial service.
"Vault" is a metaphor for keeping your finances organised, secure and clear through structured vocational courses — ordered financial records, maintained budgets, and explainable forecasts you build yourself. AI Money Vault is NOT a crypto wallet, custodian, bank, deposit product, physical safe-deposit service, wealth-management offering, or robo-adviser. We do not hold, store, transmit or insure money on behalf of learners. The .pro domain is branding for a professional education provider only.
Completion certificates reflect training participation only. They do not constitute professional accreditation in accounting, tax, financial planning or any MAS-regulated activity unless explicitly stated with a named, verifiable awarding body.
3. Permitted use
You may view and download site content for personal, non-commercial reference. You may share links to our pages with attribution. You may not:
- Scrape, mirror, or systematically copy content without written permission;
- Reverse-engineer or interfere with site security or functionality;
- Use the site to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful material;
- Misrepresent affiliation with AI Money Vault or imply endorsement of third-party products;
- Use automated means to submit forms except accessibility tools you rely on.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, curriculum outlines, layout, and software — is owned by AI Money Vault or licensed to us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Course materials provided to enrolled learners are licensed for personal learning only unless a corporate licence states otherwise. You may not reproduce, sell, or publicly display course materials without our prior written consent.
5. Enquiries and forms
When you submit a form, you represent that information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You must not submit sensitive identifiers such as full NRIC numbers or complete bank account numbers through web forms. Our forms include a honeypot field to deter automated spam; attempting to circumvent security may result in blocked submissions.
Submitting a form does not create a client-adviser relationship or guarantee enrolment until payment and signed enrolment documents are complete.
6. Fees, schedules, and cancellations
Fees quoted on the site or in prospectuses are indicative until confirmed in writing. Cohort schedules may change due to instructor availability or venue constraints; we will offer reasonable alternatives or refunds according to the enrolment agreement. Corporate engagements follow separately signed statements of work.
Deposits are non-refundable after the cancellation window stated in your enrolment form, except where we cancel a cohort or where the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act or other mandatory law provides otherwise. Transfer between cohort dates may be permitted once, subject to seat availability and an administrative fee if stated at booking. Goods and Services Tax, where applicable, is shown on invoices issued to Singapore addresses.
Learners who miss sessions may access recordings where offered; missed time does not automatically extend access beyond the standard twelve-month material window unless agreed in writing for medical or relocation reasons.
7. Disclaimers
Site content is provided for general information on an "as is" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that content is complete, current, or error-free. AI tool capabilities change frequently; examples may become outdated. You are responsible for verifying information and for decisions you make about your personal finances.
AI Money Vault provides vocational courses that teach practical skills for managing personal and business finances with AI tools — budgeting, cash-flow tracking, expense organisation, forecasting and financial reporting. We are an education provider, not a licensed financial adviser, and we are not regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. We do not provide financial, investment, tax or accounting advice, we do not manage or hold money, and we do not guarantee any savings, returns, profit or financial results. AI tools may contain errors — financial decisions require human judgment and, where needed, a licensed professional.
Course examples may reference historical tax thresholds, CPF contribution rates, or utility tariff structures valid at the time of writing. We update materials between cohorts but cannot guarantee real-time alignment with every regulatory change. Instructors will flag known updates during live sessions when practicable.
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from site use or reliance on educational content, including loss of data you maintain outside our systems, loss of profits, or reputational harm, except where such exclusion is prohibited.
8. Limitation of liability
Our aggregate liability for claims arising from website use shall not exceed SGD 100 except where liability cannot be excluded by law — including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights where applicable.
9. Third-party links and tools
Links to external sites are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party content or privacy practices. Demonstrations of external AI or spreadsheet tools during courses do not constitute our endorsement; your use of those tools is subject to the providers' terms.
10. Privacy and cookies
Personal data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. Cookie use is described in our Cookie Policy. By using optional cookies after consenting via our banner, you agree to the processing described there.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify AI Money Vault against reasonable claims, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
11a. Conduct during programmes
Learners must treat staff and peers respectfully and must not record sessions without prior written consent. Sharing another participant's financial excerpts or identifiable submissions without permission is prohibited. We may remove a learner from a cohort without refund where behaviour disrupts instruction or violates confidentiality expectations, following a reasonable opportunity to respond except in urgent safety cases.
You retain ownership of vault artefacts you create. By presenting in the capstone, you grant classmates a limited licence to view your presentation during the session only. Public publication of cohort materials requires written approval from AI Money Vault and any individuals whose data appears in shared examples.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to your right to seek relief at the Small Claims Tribunals or other forums where jurisdiction is mandatory.
We prefer to resolve concerns amicably. Contact [email protected] before commencing formal proceedings where practical.
13. Changes
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Material changes affecting enrolled learners will also be communicated by email where appropriate. Continued site use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction in Singapore, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, enrolment agreement where applicable, and any signed statement of work for corporate clients, constitute the entire agreement regarding website use unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. References to "including" mean "including without limitation". Singular includes plural and vice versa where context requires.
