A studio, not a trading floor

AI Money Vault was founded in Singapore to answer a narrow question: how can busy households use AI responsibly to manage budgets, records, and forecasts — without handing decisions to black-box apps or confusing education with investment advice?

Raffles Place and Collyer Quay financial district context

Origin

Why we built a vault

Our founders spent years in corporate finance and operations roles across Raffles Place before teaching part-time at community education centres. They noticed a pattern: professionals who managed billion-dollar models at work often relied on ad hoc phone notes and scattered PDFs at home. When generative AI tools arrived, many either ignored them or pasted bank statements into public chatbots without understanding privacy risk.

AI Money Vault opened its doors at 16 Collyer Quay to offer a middle path — structured coursework, small cohorts, and a strongroom metaphor that emphasises custody of your own data and clarity of process. We incorporated as AI Money Vault Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202516742G) in 2025 and welcomed our first full cohort in early 2026.

Philosophy

We believe personal finance management is a craft: categorise carefully, document assumptions, review regularly, and keep humans in the approval loop when AI assists. The vault is a mental model — compartments for income, commitments, records, and forecasts — not a physical deposit box or a cryptocurrency wallet.

Singapore's regulatory landscape informs our boundaries. We are an education provider, not a licensed financial adviser, bank, or payment institution. We do not hold client funds, recommend securities, or operate on behalf of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Learners who need product-specific guidance should consult appropriately licensed professionals.

The Collyer Quay studio

Our teaching space on the eighteenth floor of Income at Raffles overlooks the Singapore River and the historic vault-lined streets that inspired our name. The room is configured for seminar-style instruction with power at every seat, privacy screens for sensitive exercises, and a secure print station for learners who prefer paper backups. After sessions, many cohort members walk the Collyer Quay promenade — a reminder that sound money habits support the life you see outside the window.

Faculty

Instructors who practise what they teach

Our facilitators are experienced practitioners of AI productivity and financial literacy education — people who have reconciled messy SME books, built household budgets that survived a full year, and learned where ChatGPT invents numbers. They teach prompt engineering for financial management tasks, AI workflows you can repeat, and AI accuracy checks you must never skip.

Associate faculty include spreadsheet specialists, former audit professionals who focus on record retention, and guest speakers from legal and tax practices who explain where education ends and professional advice begins. We do not employ fictional experts with invented university affiliations or pretend MAS-licensed advisers sit in our faculty. Guest sessions are disclosed in advance; no facilitator receives commissions from product providers.

Community and standards

Graduates may join an alumni channel moderated by staff where members share template improvements and tool updates — never stock tips or referral links. We publish curriculum changelogs when modules evolve, and we invite learner feedback after every cohort through anonymous surveys reviewed by the academic board.

AI Money Vault is committed to accessibility: materials use readable fonts and high-contrast charts; sessions can be recorded for learners who miss one evening due to travel; and we accommodate reasonable adjustment requests where feasible. Contact us before enrolment if you have specific needs.

Our vocational training provider model serves Singapore professionals and SMEs who want financial management skills — budgeting, cash-flow tracking, expense organisation, forecasting and financial reporting — applied through ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude and AI in spreadsheets. SGD course fees are quoted transparently for the Singapore market. This is education from our Raffles Place finance academy, not investment advice, not money management, and not a deposit product.
