AI Money Vault

Every budget, record and forecast, locked in order — build your money vault with AI.

We teach practical AI-assisted money management — not investment advice, not crypto custody. Our curriculum helps working adults in Singapore organise household finances, maintain clear records, and produce reliable forecasts using everyday tools you already own.

Why a vault, not a wallet

Order before optimisation

Most people hear "AI finance" and imagine trading bots or speculative apps. AI Money Vault takes a different path. We treat your personal finances like a private strongroom: every document has a place, every category is labelled, and every forecast rests on records you can explain to a family member or accountant.

Our instructors work from a studio near Raffles Place, where cohorts of eight to fourteen learners practise real workflows — importing bank CSVs, tagging expenses, building monthly summaries, and drafting year-end reports with AI as a drafting assistant, never as an oracle.

Singapore households face distinct pressures: CPF allocations, seasonal bonuses, school fees, and variable medical costs. The vault curriculum maps these realities into templates you can adapt, rather than generic spreadsheets copied from overseas blogs.

What you will learn

Six modules, one coherent system

Module 01

Foundations

Map income streams, fixed commitments, and discretionary buckets. Set naming conventions that survive a job change or a move between HDB and private rental.

Module 02

Budgeting & cash flow

Build rolling twelve-month views, stress-test bonus months, and use AI to draft variance notes you still verify line by line.

Module 03

Records & structure

Design a filing rhythm for receipts, invoices, and insurance policies. Learn retention rules aligned with common Singapore record-keeping practice.

Module 04

Forecasting

Produce quarterly outlooks and annual summaries suitable for household planning meetings — clear charts, plain-language commentary, no product pitches.

Module 05

Dashboards

Assemble spreadsheet dashboards and lightweight visuals that update from your structured data, not from scraped third-party feeds.

Module 06

Capstone vault

Integrate everything into a personal "money vault" — documented, auditable, and ready for your next life stage.

Studio practice

Hands-on from the first session

You will not sit through abstract lectures about "the future of finance." Each three-hour block includes guided exercises on your own anonymised data — or realistic sample sets we provide if you prefer privacy on day one.

Instructors demonstrate prompt patterns that help categorise transactions, summarise policy documents, and flag unusual line items. You remain the approver: AI suggests, you confirm. That discipline is the core of responsible personal finance management in 2026.

Evening and Saturday cohorts run from our Income at Raffles premises at 16 Collyer Quay. MRT access via Raffles Place and Downtown lines keeps commute friction low for CBD professionals and Marina Bay residents.

Graduates receive a completion summary describing modules covered. This is a training credential, not a regulated financial qualification. We state that plainly because clarity builds trust.

Who attends

Built for busy Singapore households

Dual-income families

Coordinate spending across accounts, domestic helpers, and school billing cycles without losing visibility when one partner travels frequently.

Freelancers & consultants

Separate business and personal flows, prepare GST-friendly summaries, and maintain records that simplify tax season conversations with your preparer.

Pre-retirement planners

Model CPF LIFE scenarios alongside private savings, document assumptions, and produce readable briefings for adult children who may assist later.

Whether you are consolidating accounts after a move to Singapore or simply tired of month-end spreadsheet panic, the vault curriculum gives you a repeatable rhythm — review weekly, adjust monthly, report quarterly.
